シャロン・ストーンが「四川大地震はカルマ」発言

カンヌで中国の地震について質問されたシャロン・ストーン。
なんか支離滅裂でよくわからんところもあるんですが、要約すると、

「中国はチベット人に対してひどいことをしてきた。私の友達のダライ・ラマに対しても"not nice"だったから、オリンピックについても、どうしたらいいかずっと考えてたの。そしたら、この地震でしょ？これってカルマ？と思ったわ。親切にしてなかったら悪いことが起きるってこと？って」

みたいなことを言ってます。内容も内容だけど、なんか言葉遣いが小学生みたい。彼女、IQ154あるというふれこみなんですが･･･（メンサの会員だというたぶん自分で広めた噂は、ジョーン・リバースがズバリ「メンバーなの？」と聞いて「正式には違う」と数年前に認めてましたが）

アクターズ・スタジオインタビューなんかでしゃべってるのを聞くと、頭良さそうだったんですけどね。今回はハイだったのかな。

あんまりあきれたんで、全部書き留めてしまいましたよ。読みにくいと思いますが、ほとんど一字一句そのままです。

Well you know, it's very interesting, because at first I'm unhappy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans, because I don't think anyone should be unkind to anyone else. And so I've been very concerned about how to think and what to do about that, because I don't like ... that.

And I've been concerned about how we should deal with the olympics because they are not being nice to Dalai Lama who is a very good friend of mine. And this earthquake and all this stuff happend and I thought "Is that karma?" When you are not nice the bad things happen to you?

And then I got a letter from the Tibetan foundation that they wanted to go and be helpful. And that made me cry. And they asked me if I would write a quote about that and I said I would and it's a big lesson to me. That sometimes you have to learn to put your head down and be of service even if people who aren't nice to you. And that's a big lesson for me.
